Miguel Salgado (born October 22, 1975 in As Neves, Galicia) is a Spanish footballer, who currently plays in the right back position for Real Madrid of Spain. He is known for his combative tackling and attacking play.
Salgado has been capped 53 times for Spain and was part of their Euro 2000 and 2006 FIFA World Cup squads, but missed out on the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Salgado is also part of the Galician team. Maradona named Salgado as one of 10 best right defenders in the world.  Latest Football News: | |
